Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the upcoming Thrive Workshop series:

Can you tell me more about your money-back guarantee?
The money back guarantee is simple. If you are not completely satisfied with the program after attending 2 sessions, you’ll get a refund of 100% of your registration fee. The refund will be applied to the credit card used at registration or reimbursed by check if you paid by check. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

What if I have to miss a session or two?
No worries. Missing one or two sessions isn’t the end of the world. All workshop sessions are recorded, so you will be able to get back up to speed using the session recording and presentation.

Can I send someone in my place if I am not available for any given session?
Yes! Just let us know in advance if someone else will be joining a session in your place. Each registration gives full access to 5 (five) representatives from your company, so your team mate should be able to share what you missed.

How much time will be required each week to participate in this program?
Each weekly workshop session is approximately 1.5 hours. If you want to complete your growth strategy by the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll want to invest another 2-3 hours each week to develop the key sections of your plan. Some sections (like target audience analysis), may take even more time, depending on the information and data you already have. Generally speaking, the more time you invest, the better the plan. Complex plans require a lot of work. So, make it easier on yourself and share the workload. 

What if I don’t keep up each week?
That may happen. You're busy. However, you will get the best results from the program if you complete each module each week (even if it is a rough draft). You can always come back to an incomplete module later. Sessions are recorded and the workshop guidebook will help.

How much feedback and coaching do I get?
Each participating company will receive a written review of a plan section draft each week with comments and suggestions. You’ll also be able to call or e-mail me with any questions (up to one hour of support each week).

What if I need more help? Can you provide one-on-one coaching?
Of course! If you need more help, you can purchase blocks of consulting time for additional support. Or, you can contract Kinney Strategy to engage on a project basis.

What are the technical requirements to participate?
The workshop sessions are conducted online and accessed through your web browser. All you need is a computer with speakers, an internet connection, and a web browser. You don’t have to download any special software to participate. You can also dial in by phone and follow along with the slides provided.

How many times per year will you offer this program?
We are planning to offer the Thrive Workshop series 3 times per year (Fall, Winter & Spring). However, space is limited, so don’t wait. The next series may fill up fast.

Do you have make-up sessions?
If you miss a session, you will not be able to make it up live that week. However, you can download the session recording to stay on track.

If I refer more than one company, can I get a deeper discount?
Yes! There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or referral discounts you can receive. For example, if you refer one company that registers, you’ll receive 10% off your registration fee. If you refer 2 companies and they both register, you’ll receive 20% off your registration. If you refer 10 companies and they all register, you are in free! How does the early bird discount work? Easy! Register before the deadline and you will receive 10% off your registration fee.

How do I redeem my group or association discount?
If you are part of an approved group or association, you will receive a private discount code. Simply enter that code in the discount code box when you register and before you check out. Entering the code will automatically deduct the discount from your registration price. Group discounts are available for the following organizations: Investment Casting Institute, Association for Corporate Growth, The LBA Group, Medical Group Management Association, First Coast Wealth Advisors, Herbie Wiles Insurance, Points of Light, NestEggs, Forbes & Thompson.

Can I combine discount offers?
Yes! We want you to participate and we want the program to be affordable. There is no limit on the amount of discounts you can receive and you can combine offers. For example, you can combine discount offers to easily get significant savings off the regular registration fee. If you are part of an approved group, like ACG or ICI, you can get a 10-15% discounts; and an additional 10% early bird discount; and if you refer a friend, you can get an additional 10% discount for a total of 35% savings.
